This is already all over the internet, but just in case, I’m sharing it with you:
Signifigant Objects bloggers take essentially valueless objects, such as little figurines and plastic plates, get a writer to write a little story of 500 words or so about each one, then sell them on Ebay to see if the (fictional) story makes the object worth more. So far, the little pieces of crap have made almost $1,500. You can buy them, too, if you want! I like this Russian Figure, and Spotted Dogs, and Miniature Bottle, and the Ziggy Heart.
